This course includes the following topics: Introduction, Personal Conduct, Security and Refinery Accountability, Personal Protective Equipment, Injury Reporting, Permitting, Lockout/Tagout (Zero Energy Policy), Utilities, Hazard Communication Standard (HAZCOM) – Employee Right to Know, Hazardous Materials Identification System, Mobile Heavy Equipment Operation, General Housekeeping, Fall Protection, Blinding and First Break, Emergency Procedures, Contractor Critical Life Skill Violation Program and Acknowledgement. This course now accepts Safety Essentials (SE-SAFE) as a PSM training alternative, as well as the addition of live online proctoring availability.
