This course includes the following topics: Welcome, Process Safety, Emergency Response, Injury Reporting, Security, Industrial Hygiene, Hazardous Chemicals, Environmental, Department of Transportation, Walking/Working Surface, Excavation and Trenching, Floating Roof Tanks, Confined Spaces, and Conclusion.This sign-off has been updated to reflect the current policies of the site that align with the 19P66CCO course, thus affecting the course topics, course length, and cost of training. Additionally, the Phillips 66 Corporate Contractor Orientation (19P66CCO) is now an additional training requirement. Wood River Refinery accepts any of the following courses to meet general industry training requirements: ? Safety Essentials ? Basic Plus/Basic Plus Refresher ? AASC PRECERT/RECERT Program Depending upon the scope of work, contractors may need a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC). Phillips 66 Wood River Refinery will specify any additional requirements. This course is intended for contractors performing high-intensity activities at the site
