This course includes the following topics: Pipeline Shutdown and Startup Planning addresses steps to be taken during a planned shutdown, steps for returning a shut-down section to operation and starting up a new line, basic procedures for emergency shutdown, and how to prevent accidental ignition during shutdown and startup.
