The Basic Orientation Plus - ARSC Reciprocal Instructor-Led provides awareness-level safety training that ensures workers are prepared to work safely and efficiently across industries. Designed by industry subject matter experts, it provides realistic scenario-based content and immersive learning experiences that foster critical thinking, learner engagement, and knowledge retention.
The course is delivered in person in English, with the exam given in a proctored lab. It meets the requirements of the standards listed in the Code of Federal Regulations as enforced by OSHA. Upon successful completion of training, participants obtain the ARSC reciprocal card, which is a requirement at many plant sites in the Gulf Coast area and throughout the U.S.
